WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE?
The set of options included in the registration fee depends on a participation package chosen by you. You can see our list of participation packages in the registration section
REGISTRATION

To register for the 8th International Navigation Forum you need to choose a participation package that fits you and to fill out our registration form on the website.

After your registration you will be sent a confirmation email with an invoice and and participation agreement attached.

Bank transfer for legal entities
  • While getting registered, please choose to pay by "Bank Wire Transfer" and fill out the form with company-payer banking properties.
  • After the registration an agreement and an invoice will be automatically generated, and you will be to print it out and make the payment.
  • The electronic invoice and agreement will be sent to your email.
  • Payment for the participation should be done by bank transfer within 5 banking days after receipt of invoice. Full payment must be received prior to the event.
  • All documents necessary for bookkeeping (original invoice, agreement and giving-receiving act) can be obtained at the information desk during 2 days of the Forum.
Bank transfer for individuals
  • While getting registered, please choose to pay by "Bank Wire Transfer".
  • The line with company banking properties should be skipped.
  • After the registration an agreement and an invoice will be automatically generated, and you will be to print it out and make the payment.
  • The electronic invoice and agreement will be sent to your email.
  • The invoice can be paid through any bank operating in Russia.
  • A bank charges its commission for wire transfer that is averagely 3% of the total payment.
  • Payment for the participation should be done by bank transfer within 5 banking days after receipt of invoice. Full payment must be received prior to the event.
  • All documents necessary for bookkeeping (original invoice, agreement and giving-receiving act) can be obtained at the information desk during 2 days of the Forum.
Payment by credit card*
 
*Only Visa и MasterCard are accepted.
  • While getting registered, please choose to pay by "Credit Card".
  • Payments by credit cards are made through the Bank of Moscow.
  • All documents necessary for bookkeeping (original invoice, agreement and giving-receiving act) can be obtained at the information desk during 2 days of the Forum.
WebMoney
  • While getting registered, please choose to pay through «WebMoney».
  • You will be re-directed to WebMoney payment page, where you will be able to transfer money using banking properties given to you.
Payment in cash at the Forum
  • While getting registered, please choose «Payment at the Forum»
  • You can pay in cash or by credit card* at the registration desk during the Forum.
  • In exchange you will receive your name badge to access the Forum's premises and documents confirming your payment.

CANCELLATIONS
Should you will need to cancel your participation in the 8th International Navigation Forum, please send your notice of cancellation in writing (by mail or fax) before March 22, 2014 and get refunded in full, less 10% administrative charge. Unfortunately, after this date no refund can be made. We are happy to welcome a substitute colleague at any time. All substitute delegates should be confirmed in writing.

HOW TO GET AN ATTENDEE BADGE
On April 23-24, 2014 at the North, South and West Entrances the organizer's representatives will check-in the Forum's participants to enter Expocentre premises.
The registration desk will be located near Hall #3 in Pavilion #8. The participants need to approach the registration desk of the 8th International Navigation Forum and show their business cards.
The delegate, who paid for his/her participation, will given handout materials of the Forum and a name badge valid for 2 days for attending the Forum, as well as accessing NAVITECH-2014 Exhibition.
On the second day of the Forum, April 24, you can enter Expocentre premises through turnstiles using a bar-code on your badge. Please do not forget to your name badge with you.
ON-LINE BROADCASTING
Are you not able to attend the Forum? But you want to be aware of the latest trends in the navigation world. You can gain access to the on-line broadcasting of the Plenary Session of the 8th International Navigation Forum.
If you don't have an opportunity to connect to the on-line broadcasting, the recording of the Plenary Session of the 8th International Navigation Forum will be available at any time convenient for you for a month.
To gain access to he broadcasting you need to choose the "On-line Broadcasting" package, which also includes access to the Forum's e-catalog, while going through the registration
ACCESS TO MATERIALS OF THE FORUM
The e-catalog of the 8th International Navigation Forum with materials in the electronic form will be available on May 5, 2014 on:http://www.2014glonass.ru/      
On May 5, 2014 a login and password to access the materials will be sent to participants, who paid for their participation, by emails identified during their registration.
FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS
The Forum delegates can receive financial documents at the information desk in the registration area, in Pavilion #8, during the Forum.
