Date and place of birthday: August 5, 1957, v. Vladislavovka, Kirovsky district, the Crimea region.
From 1964 to 1974 studied at the Vladislavovskaya public school. In 1974 entered the Kiev Higher Engineering Radiotechnical School of Air Defense Forces. In 1977 was transferred to the newly created Faculty of Engineering in Zhitomir Higher Radioelectronic School of Air Defense Forces, from that graduated in 1979 with speciality “military radioelectronics engineer”. From 1979 to 2004 served in the research institutes of Ministry of Defense. In 1987 entered and in 1992 graduated from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics, Novosibirsk State University, with speciality of mathematics. Since 2004 work in Moscow in various companies that engage in transport industry automation.
