Born April 14, 1980 in Primorsky Krai.
Education: Military Engineering Space Academy  A.F. Mozhaiskii specialty «Radio-electronic systems».
From 2002 to 2007 – served at the leading SRI Russian Defense Ministry. Area of research activities is the development of scientific and technical support for special information and telecommunication systems in a secure execution .
In 2008 began working as a serior analyst of regional navigation and information systems in the transport sector in the direction of law enforcement agencies and security-search systems M2M telematics, Ltd.
Since 2010 headed the Department of monitoring systems and the transport of dangerous goods in the special services of developed products and services M2M telematics, Ltd.
Currently headed by the Department of special transportation control systems in Applied Telematics Research Institute, Ltd.
Author of more than 40 scientific papers.
